A £200-million investment programme is well underway at the University of Hull, which is critical to ensuring we offer an outstanding student experience. The University attracts students from across the world, bringing a diverse range of talent and expertise to the city and the region. This significant investment will make Hull a highly attractive place to study, live and work.

Investments include :

  • A £30m development of accommodation for 562 students on the North side of the campus, called The Courtyard, which is almost complete.
  • The £28 million Brynmor Jones Library redevelopment, which was officially opened last year.
  • A £9.5 million redevelopment of Middleton Hall to create a world-class concert hall and cinema, opening October 2016.
  • A £28 million Health Campus currently under construction.
  • Around £15 million being invested in sports facilities.
  • A £7 million refurbishment of dining and conferencing facilities on campus.
