University of Hull

A £200-million investment programme is well underway at the University of Hull, which is critical to offering an outstanding student experience. The University attracts students from across the world, bringing a diverse range of talent and expertise to the city and the region. This significant investment will make Hull a highly attractive place to study, live and work.

Investments include :

  • A £30m development of accommodation for 562 students on the North side of the campus, called The Courtyard, which is almost complete.
  • The £28 million Brynmor Jones Library redevelopment, which was officially opened last year.
  • A £9.5 million redevelopment of Middleton Hall to create a world-class concert hall and cinema, opening October 2016.
  • A £28 million Health Campus currently under construction.
  • Around £15 million being invested in sports facilities.
  • A £7 million refurbishment of dining and conferencing facilities on campus.
